Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy

As a small business, our unique products are custom printed to order. This allows us to offer a large variety of designs, colors, and sizing options that would be impossible for a small business such as ours to otherwise carry inventory in.

Orders with Manufacturing Errors or Damage

For any orders that may have had a manufacturing issue or been damaged during shipping, we offer free replacements or refunds within 30 days of receiving your order and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please take a picture of the defective product and your order number and send this information to support@chanceoasis.com

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item due to a manufacturing defect, send us an email at support@chanceoasis.com

 

Ordered The Wrong Size, Type, Color, Style, etc.

Because every order is printed specifically for you, we do not carry inventory and are not able to simply re-stock items.

As such, we do not offer refunds for sizing issues, accidental orders of wrong sizes/colors/styles, address,  or other similar issues… so please ensure that you double check the size and color before you place your order.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing error or an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@chanceoasis.com

We will ask to send us a photo of the damaged product, a description of the issue, and your order number.

Once we review the information, we will issue a reprint and ship a replacement to you.

Please note that all complaints regarding product quality need to be reported within 30 days from purchase in order to be eligible for a reprint and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

Shipping times

Please allow 10-15 days for shipping once the order has been processed. You will receive a tracking number within a few days after your order has been shipped. Please log into your account for shipping and purchase information.

 

Shipping returns

If your purchase meets the requirements of our return policy stated above, you should contact us at support@chanceoasis.com with your order number and a picture of the product. You may keep the defective item or return it to us. A new product will be sent once the item is reviewed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
